Wow! Not your typical vinegar based barbecue found in NC. Meaty and smoky with an awesome crust. Great sandwich! Also love the shrimp sandwich. Gotta try the sliced pork sandwich on Texas toast...

We had the full rack rib dinner with sides- Small rack, tender but dry, sides were small portion in soufle cups. Shrimp dinner were med shrimp (14-16) is qty not size.

I'm going with a middle of the road rating because that's how we felt the food was. Chopped pork was ok. Had a decent flavor, but had too much "burnt ends" mixed in and they add a thick bbq sauce...

This BBQ is excellent. The ribs are our favorite. Even though we love eastern NC BBQ, we are fans of all BBQ....especially Chubby's. The smoke on it is the real deal. The slaw is also outstanding!...
