Dr. Ryan Heider is a board certified surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons serving as Bariatrics Medical Director for Lake Norman Regioanl Medical Center. Dr. Heider, along with the hospital, started The Center for Surgical Weight Loss at Lake Norman designed to help people improve their health and quality of life by using both medical and surgical intervention for weight reduction, getting them on track for a new, healthy way of living. Dr. Heider promotes a lifestyle change for a healthier you and is dedicated to improving the health and qualitiy of life of his patients. Dr. Heider specializes in bariatric and advanced laparoscopic surgery, including primary and revisional bariatric surgery and endoscopic weight loss procedures, as well as laparoscopic treatment of complex GI conditions.
