About Chocolate Smiles is located in the heart of downtown Cary. Creating chocolates has been our passion for over 26 years. We specialize in hand made chocolates, crafted in small batches. Offering the freshest candy our customers have ever tasted. We do not use any preservatives or additives in our candy. We have special offerings year round. During April & May, we offer hand-dipped North Carolina strawberries and strawberry fudges. We pick the strawberries ourselves daily.
