Pulled up to get a milkshake and they gave me a soda instead. Like, how do you mix that up?? The food was hot but the service was cold. No smiles, no "my pleasure," just bad vibes.

Young person working the window was rude when I asked about my drink. Do some additional training, a question is not a challenge or criticism.

I'm a regular customer that is usually satisfied with the food but today I had two breakfast sandwiches. They did not taste good and I returned them and they gave me a hassle over exchanging them...
