Chelsea graduated from Cameo College of Essential Beauty in 2008 with a Master Esthetics license. She has spent many years perfecting her craft working in some of the top day spas in Salt Lake City and New York. Chelsea started growing her private business in 2012 and now offers Microblading and other Permanent Cosmetic services in Salt Lake City.
