His love for the culture and food of his home country of Morocco started when he was a child learning to cook from his mother and grandmother. He draws inspiration for his dishes from the cuisine of Morocco, France, Italy, the Mediterranean and Middle East. Chef Hassan's food is all about flavor, herbs, homemade spices, olive oil, fresh produce and a lot of LOVE!I love sharing my enthusiasm about food and the Moroccan culture with my customers. Seeing my customers enjoying my food and hearing their appreciation is my greatest joy. For me, cooking is more than just a job; I take great pleasure in choosing the highest quality ingredients and transforming it into a beautiful dish that will make you say Wow!
