Our counselors have dedicated their lives to being the best at helping people go from stuck to thriving, anxious to calm, hopeless to hopeful. We offer individual counseling and therapy for adults around issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and relationships. We also have years of experience working with clients who identify as LGBTQ and are proud to be an affirming counseling practice.
