Founded in 1998 as Southside Heating & Cooling and purchased in March 2003 by Scott M. Shelton we continue to grow by putting the customer first. After many years of working in the and indoor air quality business and seeing things in the industry he thought needed changing, Scott decided it was time to own his own Charlotte HVAC company and to model it after the values he believed in: personal, hands-on customer service, an emphasis on complete satisfaction, and performing services without any hidden costs or "surprises." Following up on service after the sale is a benchmark of the company. Not many companies have a president who follows up service orders with a personal phone call, but Charlotte Comfort We take pride in being recognized by Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau as a company you can trust for your heating, cooling and air quality needs.
