As a guest, this place was too good to be true. Lots of bugs from the pond close by even with fan, dirty, and not maintained. Cans everywhere from a previous event, and messy landscaping. Rooms...

Champagne Manor has been permanently closed. Beware if you call and book the venue, as the owner no longer has rights to the property.
