so, for the last 7 months I have been billed for phone and internet, but I only have one. I have to unplug the internet to connect the phone. and at $80 per month, its too much.

We order for faster Internet to be installed. Somehow Centurylink misunderstood our demands and installed two lines to our home, creating another bill. We cancelled the new line that was installed...
