Traffic flow and control getting into the parking deck absolutely sucked and it took almost 30 minutes of traffic to get in. After the concert at the Spectrum Center there was only two working...

Smells like urine. Feces in elevator. Elevators don't work most of the time. It's disgusting

My friends and I got stuck in elevator. No one answered the call button so we called 911. After the fire truck got there...someone finally answered. So, I'd say use elevators at your own risk.

Center City green is a popular parking garage. It fills up pretty quickly in the mornings. It seems to be a very popular parking destination because of its proximity to so many different venues....
