There are gnats in the patients rooms. Most if not all residents have not been taken care of in months, no one gets bathed or cleaned. Maggots were in the kitchen sink with no running water. I...

Horrible SNF- My Dad was admitted here and had been making progress at his rehab center but his time was up there. He died 10 days after being admitted. to Carver. They are severely understaffed...
