I enjoyed the eclair but scone was not. I may have caught them at a bad time, the display area was too cluttered with empty shelves. I may have gone to late in the day.

We own Tarheel Fireplace & Grill Shop in Hertford and I asked Jen @ Carolina Moon Bakery (also in Hertford) to make us a cake for the business that 'represents'. She NAILED it! I our cake!!
