Dr. Flood founded Carolina Mobile Spay-Neuter Clinic and performed low cost sterilization surgery for 9 years on the road in wake, harnett, Johnston, orange, lee, Moore and surrounding counties. The Stationary clinic opened in Benson in 2009. We provide low cost medical and surgical services and take vouchers from all of the local rescue groups and shelters.

They cannot even log appointments in when you walk in nor willing to do anything helpful or even apologize. WOW if they treat it like this up front what about in the back?
