History

We've been serving the Cary community with our practices since 2006 with 14 years of experience. Massage has always been known as a form of relaxation, but massage addresses a variety of health conditions. Clinical research studies show that massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases circulation, improves range of motion, releases headaches, rehabs in post operative surgeries and strengthens the immune system. Society is recognizing the value of massage to manage pain and improve overall health.

We are a private practice that specializes in pain management, sports injuries and relaxation. With over 14 years of experience, our mission is to educate that wellness is the key to maintaining good health. If your visit is for chronic pain or pure relaxation, our therapists are highly educated and will integrate many therapeutic techniques to meet your treatment goals. All of our therapists are licensed and certified. Our medical massage therapy for pain management includes deep tissue, trigger point, sports, lymphatic and pregnancy massages. We also have a massage cupping practitioner.
