Nice winding trails though the trees for a walk or trail run. Not extremely well groomed trails but they're not meant to be. No parking lot but a decent amount of roadside parking. Nice picnic...

Meh. This teaching forest owned by NCSU is a mess. No good parking, even for the Richland Creek trail that runs through it. Many areas are clear cut to raise funds for the forestry department....
