History

My mission is to bring the authentic taste of West Indies cooking to the Carolinas. Highlighting Haiti and the many different, delicious cuisine that it has to offer. An addition to Haitian dishes, I also put a spin on it with flavors and dishes from other countries located in the Caribbean. Giving the right kick your taste buds need. Haiti is a rich country with some of the best tasting dishes in the Caribbeans.
