CenterPoint Human Services provides mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services for residents in Davie, Forsyth and Stokes counties in North Carolina. CenterPoint has introduced the Partnership for Outreach and Development, a initiative designed to build a stronger, more efficient system of behavioral and developmental care in its community. Managed by CenterPoint s Consumer Affairs department, the service is a collaborative effort comprised of consumers, providers and behavioral health leaders. Its ultimate goal is to support a system of care that provides consumers with the very best in developmental and behavioral health services by involving all stakeholders in the decision making process.
