Recently purchased the former Carawan's Motel. We are working diligently to make a few upgrades and keep everything the same as it has been for the last 60+ years! Cory's Grandfather Mr. Charlie Carawan was the original owner and we take great pride in that! We hope that you will come and stay with us and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge only a mile down the road, or the Pamlico sound. This has always been a Hunter/Fisherman's stop on the way to his/hers adventures. We are hoping to keep all of the old guest and have new guest come to stay as well!
