Cape Carteret Aquatic and Wellness Center is a full-service gymnasium. It features free weights, LifeFitness cardiovascular equipment, an indoor short-course competition heated pool, steam room and a hot tub. The center offers floor and water aerobics programs, and various Pilates programs, including relaxation, basic and revive pilates, and the sit and be fit program. It also offers various personal training and custom programs. The center provides swimming lessons, and its programs include water babies, preschool A and B, beginners, advanced beginners, intermediate, swimmer and advanced swimmer programs. Cape Carteret Aquatic and Wellness Center provides surfing lessons, the summer fun swim team, summer camps, and various weight loss programs.
