Constant people blaring music at the pool, only supposed to have two guests and people have parties of 20 people and more. Also people at the pool after hours and are so loud. You call courtesy...

At first glance, this seems like a great place to live. The buildings are secure--you need a key fob to access every entrance, which is a plus. Maintenance is responsive and handles work orders...
