We have installed Creative Solutions Accounting systems, country club and restaurant point of sale ( POS ) systems, veterinarian systems, and custom built applications. WTG works with software vendors to provide tailored solutions for your business. Software manufacturers develop and support the software which runs your business. We work with their hardware specifications to provide you with the network and/or physical infrastructure required for their software. Our onsite datacenter allows us to offer a variety of enterprise services tailored for a small to medium sized business. Hosting of email, websites, and data storage are just a few of our services. We can also colocate your application servers to provide fast, reliable, and scalable connectivity to the Internet. In 2009 WTG purchased very mature, powerful, and secure service delivery software to monitor infrastructure, deliver updates and software, as well as provide reports to ensure your network, devices, and software continue to run your business as efficiently as possible. We have a rapid alert online help system, service levels for our contract customers, onsite equipment inventory, and four full time technicians.

The first generation of the Benefit Connector software was made available in April 1999. Benefit Connector Web and Benefit Connector are being used by employers, Administrative Service Providers ( ASP's ), Third Party Administrators ( TPA's ), brokerage firms and association groups.
