I paid for a reservation ahead with a $400 holding fee charged to my card. The rental was for my daughter. The rental policy had her information, driver's license, everything except I paid for it....

Waited in line for 90 minutes. They are polite but clearly there is not enough people working here to accommodate the business. Can not find cars.
