They destroyed a vintage watch that I bought from them and then told me twice that I would need to bring it back to them for an estimate to get it fixed - why would I pay them TWICE to fix a watch...

They have a nice selection and all, but the sales were a bit pushy. And for all their talk wonderful prices ("I can't even buy them wholesale at these prices anymore!") a little more research...
