Manny did a good job fixing our door handle and replaced our bathroom lights ! He was on time and responsive and easy communication! Broadstone has a gem on this property ! (: very pleased.

When you leave the apartment, dont expect they will return your security deposit. They kept my $500 and additional $100 was asked for carpet replacement. I dont know why they need to replace.
