Bright Horizon Senior Care was founded by Viktoriya Semenova in 2014. Viktoriya is a Medical Doctor from Ukraine, She graduated ECU with a Master of Public Health. With deep medical knowledge, skills, and understanding of clinical science essential for the provision of patient care, she focuses on current policy issues in federal and state long-term care, policy and practice surrounding the provision of Alzheimer's care, health management and promotion in aging, human resource management, and organizational behavior in the long term care setting.
