In 1999, Timothy B. Joines and Robert G. ( Bert ) Greene announced the formation of Joines & Greene, PLLC, an attorney firm that concentrates in social security disability, worker's compensation ( workers' comp ), traffic, real estate, personal injury, civil, collections, criminal, and general business and estate matters, on behalf of a wide variety of clients. We are also NCDRC certified Superior Court mediators. We believe that the firm has the capacity to provide high quality legal services often found in larger firms, with the individual attention, counsel and advice for which smaller firms are known and appreciated. The firm is dedicated to providing these services while maintaining close, personal contact with our clients.
