We began business is 2007 as a massage therapy studio. Over the years, we have blossomed into new areas of serving our clients. Today, Breathe Refuge offers powerful breathwork classes that help to reduce anxiety and creates a sense of deep peace. We also offer coaching programs to individuals and organizations that want support in transforming their lives and catapulting them toward their goals.
