From Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Care, the staff of Bradley Creek provides services for not only the residents of Carolina Bay but also the surrounding Wilmington area. Our rehabilitation and skilled nursing center has spacious private rooms that include television, wifi, refrigerator, and large private bathrooms with walk in showers.
