The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry and providing assistance to military servicemen, a mission that originated in the aftermath of World War I. Established by Grand Masters in 1918, MSA aims to deliver services to Grand Lodges that they cannot easily accomplish on their own. MSA is recognized for its commitment to disaster relief and operates a Hospital Visitation Program, which includes approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and numerous volunteers across various VA Medical Centers.
