Amazing upscale brewery. They have a ton of different beer options and a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. They allow dogs to be inside and out which was great. They have games for kids to play...

This is a relaxing, neighborhood brewery! If I lived nearby, this would be a great local haunt. Reminds me of the breweries in Durham. So, I do not have a good reason to drive to Apex for this....

They had good drinks and the woman bar tender was very pleasant. That being said while we were sitting at the bar and had asked for a sample the male bartender walked up and said what do you want...

Bottle Theory is a wine and beer bottle shop and just recently also added coffee to their morning menu. You will find seating, bottles of beer in the fridges, international wines along the walls...
