The Food was great!! The service was terrible !! We waited 40 minutes for 2 8pc Tailgate Boxes. I actually had to come in and see what was going on with my order while they all looked confused on...

Service was TRASH the cashier lady had no idea on what she was doing. my oder got lost. all in all was the worst experience of my LIFE!!! be better Bojangles. be like Chick-fil-a.

Had never been to a Bojangles previously. The food was good but the service was terrific! People were so friendly and accommodating.

Food came out fine, no issue and it's exactly what you expect from bojangles. What gets me, is what kind of business tries to charge you 19 cents for sauce and gets upset when you ask for it?...
