Our focus is on postural integration, postural alignment, soft tissue release, therapeutic bodywork, movement therapy, therapeutic massage, and energy balancing. These therapeutic modalities help patients with; arthritis, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash injuries, chronic fatigue, depression, digestive problems, headaches and insomnia, muscular weakness, pain, and stress to name a few. Amy has been a neuromuscular structural, postural, bodywork, movement, and energy therapist in Greensboro, NC since 1995. She has studied all over the US, Europe and the UK. She has studied Energy Medicine Therapies and perfected the DSL postural alignment technique.
