Blue Sky Dining started out as a catering company. As business picked up along with the needs of our customers we decided to build a mobile kitchen. We have always focused on the freshest of ingredients when designing our menus. We know that the distinguished diner knows and appreciates the difference in our food.
Specialties
Blue Sky Dining specializes in serving fresh, locally sourced items through either private catering events or via our mobile unit. We serve local eats on the city streets! Our menu changes daily to reflect the availability of items from the local purveyors and farmers that we source from. The only frozen food you will ever see us serve is ice cream. Eat fresh, eat local, eat at Blue Sky!
