Blue Ridge Health Care-Phifer

Phifer Wellness Center is a fitness center located in Morganton, N.C. The center is staffed by certified fitness trainers and other professionals, and has a 26,000-square-foot facility offering a wide array of fitness options to meet the needs of its clients. It offers state-of-the-art equipment and exercise areas, as well as therapeutic massage, free weights, aerobics, racquetball, and aqua fitness. Phifer also offers a 25-yard heated indoor swimming pool open year-round. Its aquatic area also features a whirlpool, and its fitness floor comprises state-of-the-art cardiovascular, strength training and free weight equipment. It also offers saunas and steam rooms and three racquetball courts. Phifer Wellness Center offers a wide variety of health education classes each month.
