History

The Glenwood South district of Raleigh was in dire... DIRE... need of a dive bar that wasn't actually a dive, an upscale martini lounge that wasn't actually upscale, and a concert hall/club that wasn't actually... Well, you get the point. We wanted an everything bar for EVERYBODY. No dress code, no cover, stiff drinks, great music. And so, the Black Flower was born. Come as you are, leave as you came... however slightly inebriated. Let's just rock out and have fun, Raleigh!
