I have been a practicing clinical social worker for over 30 years in the Triangle. I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting issues and life transitions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), and play therapy when I’m working with children. My practice serves children, adolescents, and adults.

What a waste of time and money. A therapist who doesn't listen and doesn't remember from one session to another what she says is really troubling. We bought some children therapeutic toys from her...
