I've lived here for three years and i enjoy how quiet it is and how its on the chapel hill transit system. Everyone is nice that works here and its a good place to live.

Does not keep apartments or dog park maintained. Druggies hang out all over the area and leave dirty needles and trash on the walkways. Pool constantly breaks down so it's never in use.
