This bed and breakfast is unique in that it only has one private suite of two rooms. That means you are the only guests here, and can enjoy the quiet environment and be pampered. You have the whole upstairs suite which includes a bedroom with a four poster queen sized bed, living room with queen sized sofa bed, and private bath. In-Room amenities include: Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi), Air conditioning, Amenities basket, CD player, Snacks, Soft drinks, Small refrigerator, Internet service, Video/Book library, Satellite/Cable TV, Telephone, Alarm clock, Board games, Ceiling fans, DVD player, VCR, Hairdryer, Ironing board, and Radio. On-Site amenities include: Access to dock and intracoastal waterway, BBQ grill, Computer, Printer, Copier, Fireplace, Refrigerator use, and Laundry facilities are all available at no extra cost. Other amenities include: Baby equipment, Children's toys and books, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, kayaks, paddles, life jackets, hammock, and sunroom with views of water. All at no additional cost! The facility is within walking distance of Harbour Village Marina, close to local golf courses, and only minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and shopping. About breakfast: Your host provides a variety of breakfast choices including: Low Fat, Restricted, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, or Meat dishes. Fresh local fruit (organic when available) and blueberry pancakes made with locally picked blueberries are some of the house specialties. $110.00 per night for 2 persons and full breakfast. 10% discount for active military (min. stay 2 days). 15% discount for weekly rate (min. stay 6 days). 5% discount for continental breakfast (min. stay 2 days). 10% discount for no breakfast/coffee only (min. stay 2 days). $15.00 Additional charge for each extra persons, per night. Weekly rates are negotiable. A two night minimum is required on weekends and holidays. Deposit equal to one night's stay required to reserve room. Deposit of $200 required for weekly rental. 10 Day cancellation notice required for full deposit refund less $20.00. 4 Day cancellation notice for 50% refund less $20.00 Less then 4 days notice no refund. Rescheduling can be discussed with owner. Check in time 2 PM, check out time 11 AM. Other times by prior arrangement. Smoking allowed in designated areas outside only. No Pets. Children are welcome.
