Went in to be rudely told to call the 800 number. I wanted to come into the bank not talk to an automated machine. I've been with this bank along time and they haven't showed me any appreciation...

The absolute worst Bank of America in Greensboro. Terribly slow service, usually only one or two tellers, and the one who works the drive thru is very slow and usually has an attitude. Every time...

I wish I could close acct online, been waiting 30 mins. to close one account. I can't do it online because it's an estate account. Bank of America is terrible. I feel sorry for the employees...

Terrible service! Drive through is frequently closed, there are usually only one or two tellers. I just waited 40 minutes to make a deposit. I will not be using this bank again.
