Appalachian State University, located in Boone, N.C., is a public institution and part of The University of North Carolina System. The university has more than 14,500 students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate and nondegree courses. The campus has more than four undergraduate and graduate colleges and schools offering over 170 majors at the bachelor s level and in excess of 100 majors and concentrations at the master s level. The campus is spread over more than 1,300 acres. It includes residence halls that house more than 4,000 students. The university s academic buildings also include off-campus centers in New York City and Washington, D.C.

Milligan College

Founded in 1866, Milligan College is a Christian liberal arts college that serves more than 900 students. It has more than 180-acres of campus facility and over 70 faculty members. King University

Located in Bristol, Tenn., King College is a private institution that offers more than 80 majors, minors, concentrations and preprofessional degrees in business, computer science, nursing, law, medical and health sciences, education, humanities and pharmaceutical science. Founded in 1867, the college is spread over an area of more than 135 acres and has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students. Its facility offers advanced campus-wide computer network.
