Not so much a Park as something else really just kind of look at and walk around. I drove by state for about five minutes walked around the area looking for a playground or something for my kids...

I'm not sure why this is a "park" rather than a piece of real estate that wouldn't otherwise sell. It is a narrow valley at the bottom of the Beverly Hills neighborhood and I sure would not build...
