Baker earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Indianapolis, and his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Active in his community, he serves as Vice Chair for the United Way of Greater Greensboro, Vice Chair of the Piedmont Business Capital, a Finance Committee Member of the Greensboro Urban Ministry, and a Board Member of the Triad Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
