The other reviews are an accurate description of this building. The man who dragged a woman across the street, robbed, and beat her, is still living in the building as if nothing ever happened....

On Wednesday, November 20th I was pulling onto Belmont to park at Alta Purl when I heard screaming and see a man dragging a woman across four lanes of traffic. She was screaming "HELP ME HELP ME"...

Very nice leasing staff. The apartment all in all is cool, complex, amenity, location wise. Maintenance request are handled fast too which is a huge plus. I just dont like that I cant play music...
