Community members can attend Alcohol Drug Education Traffic School (ADETS) through OSA Assessment & Counseling Services. Typically, someone who is a first-time DWI offender and is deemed not at risk for substance abuse handicap will be encouraged to attend ADETS, an early form of substance abuse intervention. Students will learn about mood-altering drugs and develop a plan that facilitates living a happy and healthy life.
