Both of my parents were in the medical field, so it was always familiar to me. However, it was traveling away from home that made me realize I wanted to choose medicine as a career. My experiences on multiple medical mission trips inspired me to continue to care for the health of people in my own community. \n I am very fortunate to get to connect with and support others around me. Listening intently to my patients helps me understand and address each patient's unique concerns. Kindness also goes far when providing any necessary care and ensures that care stays patient-centered. \n When I am not working, you can often find me staying active outdoors. My faith is very important to me, as are my family and friends. I spend as much time as possible investing in their lives.

I chose medicine because it combines my love for problem-solving with the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. \n I find dermatology to be the perfect blend of science, creativity, and human connection. I am committed to listening to my patients and always putting their well-being first, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in dermatology. \n I am fortunate to share my life with my amazing wife, Dana, and our two wonderful daughters who always keep things lively. Outside of medicine, I am passionate about cooking, hiking and spending time with our dogs. I also enjoy gardening and woodworking, which allow me to unwind and create something meaningful with my hands.
