Active Asheville

History

Active Asheville has been a long time in the making. Owner Jon Clancy has worked in health care since 2007 and in the outdoor industry since 2003. The idea is to give anyone the professional support they need to train for a race or get back on the field as quickly and with as full a recovery as professional athletes do. The work at Active Asheville marries the benefits of targeted, clinical bodywork with the benefits of therapeutic yoga to help people get profound results as quickly as possible.

Support for athletes or anyone else who wants to perform or get out of pain. We will bring you a transformative experience with the purpose of helping you stand up straight. Using principles of yoga, Thai massage, trigger point and neuromuscular therapy we align the pelvis and spine so you move more freely.
