Alexander Youth Network

Alexander Youth Network, established in 1888, is a nonprofit organization that provides support services to children throughout North Carolina. It offers counseling services for child and adolescent behavioral problems, sexual abuse, learning problems and emotional trauma. The services offered by the organization include day and residential treatment, outpatient therapy, psychological testing and psychiatric treatment, foster care and family support and adoption counseling. The additional services offered by the organization include case management and crises intervention, individual and group counseling, and emergency shelter support. It also undertakes community-based services and organizes fundraising events. It serves more than 1,200 children annually ages 5 to 18. Alexander Youth Network is located in Charlotte, N.C.
