A Place at the Beach III is a 17-acre, oceanfront resort, managed by VRI (Vacation Resorts International). The resort has 279 units of which 98 are timeshare units. The resort offers direct beach access with outdoor showers and foot wash stations, an outdoor pool with 100-ft waterslide (open seasonally), indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub, 9-hole mini golf course, tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court, shuffleboard, corn hole, playground, plus gas and charcoal grills. During peak season we have weekly recreation activities and live music. On-site Security will ensure you have a safe and fun family vacation.
