I began training in 2015 in Baltimore, MD after 9 years playing professional basketball in Europe. Training was a natural transition for me. I started out working in a few big box gyms, but I quickly realized that it wasn't for me. Their business model is based on client retention with the main goal of keeping clients coming back regardless of results. I had so many clients booked back to back that I never had time to talk to them about their diets or exercises outside of our training times. I genuinely care about my clients reaching their goals, so I decided to branch out on my own.
At 4th Quarter Conditioning I specialize in creating personalized training programs based on your goals and fitness level. By offering a 1 on 1 or small group studio atmosphere I am able to offer clients a private and fun environment to grow in their fitness journey. I also work with sports teams on sport specific training, specifically basketball skill development.
